OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE FEE – Customers are responsible for paying a $50.00 + tax non refundable service fee for ANY kind of damage or Out of Warranty service work that Tangent provides. This fee is required before any diagnostic work can be performed.

Services include but are not limited to: Liquid damage; LCD damage; any type of physical damage; motherboard port / jack damage (USB ports, network port, modem jack, ac power jack, video port, Firewire port, HDMI, card reader, audio jack, microphone, S-Video).

OUT OF WARRANTY LABOR FEES – A flat, non-refundable fee of $100.00 + tax is required for any Out of Warranty service work that Tangent performs. This fee applies to work being performed on a notebook / desktop system which is no longer covered by the Limited Warranty that was included with your Tangent computer purchase.

This fee also applies to non-Tangent systems (i.e., Gateway, Dell, HP etc.) brought in for repairs / evaluation.
