DATA BACKUP – It is your responsibility to backup and retain copies of all data & program backups prior to requesting service. Tangent assumes no responsibility for data loss. If you do not have a backup of your data, Tangent will attempt to retrieve and backup your data for a fee of $20.00 (includes tax) per DVD (4.5 GB per disk).
